By installing, accessing, or using Aibō ("the Extension"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Extension.

Aibō is a browser extension that helps you:

Capture and organize AI chat conversations from supported platforms
Export conversations in multiple formats (PDF, Markdown, images)
Create and manage a reusable prompt library
Share conversations via password-protected links

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Use the Extension in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
Not use the Extension to capture, store, or share content that violates third-party rights
Respect the terms of service of AI platforms you interact with through the Extension
Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the Extension without authorization
Maintain the confidentiality of any passwords or credentials used with the Extension

4. Intellectual Property

The Extension and all related intellectual property rights are owned by Lowside Labs. You retain ownership of any content you create or capture using the Extension. By using our sharing features, you grant us a limited license to store and display your content as necessary to provide the service.

Your use of the Extension is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process data as described in that policy. You are responsible for ensuring that any content you capture or share complies with applicable privacy laws and regulations.

6. Limitation of Liability

THE EXTENSION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LOWSIDE LABS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

7. Service Modifications and Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Extension at any time with or without notice. We may also terminate or suspend your access to the Extension for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

8. Third-Party Platforms

The Extension interacts with third-party AI platforms (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and others). We are not responsible for the availability, content, or policies of these platforms. Your use of such platforms is governed by their respective terms of service.

9. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Extension after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Lowside Labs operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
